Pimples On Forehead is the most common skin issues seen in today’s teens. Especially ages from 14-22. Even me myself had a lot of pimples like a cluster of pimples on forehead.

This acne or pimples are the most stubborn. They won’t go away so easily and keep appearing again and again.

I was fed up with the pimple on my forehead, so, I tried many remedies, products, they did work but again they used to appear after some days.

What can be the reason? how can we stop pimples or acne appearing on the forehead? What products should we use? What remedies can we try?

Well, don’t worry, I’ve got you and also the extreme pain of the pimple which is going in your head.

What Does Pimples On Forehead Mean?

When a painful bumps starts to appear on your forehead which has white peak and also becomes red after some time, that is what mean pimples on forehead.

Note: Pimples and Acne are totally different. If you are having pimples than verify with the above description. Acne causes due to hormonal conditions, forehead acne is also painful but they are not as large and also not red.

Most of the time forehead pimples or acne appear in a couple. Though this is my personal experience, I never had one pimple or acne on the forehead. Whenever I had it was either 2 or three.

Let us see how can we prevent acne or pimple appearing on forehead.

A proper skincare routine is a must if you want to avoid pimples and acne anywhere on the face.

Tea Tree Oil Products –

Habits To Avoid Pimples On Forehead –

Avoid Dairy –

Are you eating or drinking lots of dairy like milk, chocolates, ice cream, etc. Stop right now.

Definitely milk is important for your muscles and overall body, but the extra hormones that you are getting is not!

Though this is not for everyone, if you do have high testosterone, then you should try avoiding dairy products for a while. Give it a try and see pimples stopping from appearing again.

Though you can eat cheese, as it helps to treat pimples and acne, I’ll discuss it in a while.

Eat Yogurt Daily!

This pro-biotic, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial superfood help to get rid of acne and pimples.

You might be confused, as we’ve talked earlier about avoiding dairy products and I am suggesting you eat cheese and yogurt.

Recently, research as proven that eating Cheese and Yogurt can get rid of acne and pimples. Yogurt is already been used in India for curing numerous issues including skin problems.

But make sure, try to get Greek Yogurt, which has no fat, it works the best. Though you can have homemade or packaged yogurt. Eat at least 100 grams daily.

A Tip: Take some yogurt, mix it with some lemon juice, gram flour, and finally sprinkle some rose water. Mix it properly and apply over pimples on forehead or whole face and neck.

Wash it off using cold water after 15-20 minutes. This home remedy will help to reduce swelling and calming down the pimples on forehead, getting rid of it completely.

Pimples are stubborn, especially pimples on forehead, as per my experience. But, it’s not impossible to get rid of it. you just need to follow the above instructions.

Don’t take it as instructions, make it your habit. If your pimple or acne is severe make sure first to try out the routine, and must use tea tree oil.

If still pimples are appearing again and again, make sure to go to your nearest dermatologists.
